Getting multiple sneak peaks inside the new Central Library before opening was definitely a highlight for me in 2018. Of all those visits though none of them compared to the Library Foundation’s Lit Gala. It had opera singers, dance groups, percussion bands, Tegan and Sara, champagne bar, DJ and the list goes on. Needless to say it was one one my favorite events of 2018. Here are a few highlights. Thanks to my good friend Brian Buchsdruecker (www.bookstrucker.com) for the help that night.
